Are you excited to watch the big game this weekend? Are you still looking for something to serve? We may have finished off the local recipes swaps but I have alot of recipes that I never posted, so for this Throwback Thursday I have a new post on an old craft I made.
Barbeques are great for game day and easily kept in a crock pot to keep warm throughout the day. All cuts on this 6 X 6 cardstock for a swap that was made July 2011 was made using the cricut-From My Kitchen cartridge.
The Recipe:
1½ lb. beef stew meat 1½ lb. cubed pork
2
C. Chopped onions 2 C.
chopped green pepper
½
cup firmly packed brown sugar
2
tsp. salt 1
tsp. dry mustard
3
tsp. chili powder ¼ cup
vinegar
2tsp.
Worcestershire sauce 1 (6-oz) can tomato
paste
16
sandwich buns
In slow cooker, combine all ingredients except buns. Cook 1
hur on high setting; reduce hat to low setting. Cook for 7-9 hours until meat
is tender. With fork, stir barbecue mixture to break up meat pieces. Serve in
buns. 16 Sandwiches recipe
