Catching Up

Hi you all, I've had a busy weekend how about you? But first lets get to the scrapbook layout I did:
This layout was actually created with the sketch from Stuck On U Sketches July 4th Sketch but with the busyness of the month I actually never posted it in time for the challenge, here is the sketch:

So today I seen that Lasting Memories has an Anything Goes Challenge so I will enter this in their challenge. This was also a layout I did for an old Big Picture Class :Stashbusters Anonymous it is the ribbon challenge. I have one more challenge to do to complete the class and I would like to do it before the next class starts this Thursday :)
This layout was made from a kit that I had in my current Counterfeit Kit. I think I got 3 maybe 4 layouts out of the kit and I'm still working the extra pieces that came with it in other layouts. I used 2 different fonts for the title the large circle letters came with the kit and the other is from another kit but matched up pretty darn good with it.
This is a piece I fussy cut a while back and found it in the box of goodies that I have from the CKC, I also found the glittery chipboard star in there too and added that. I used 2 PL cards and you can see the one sticking out here and I used 3 different ribbons on the layout.
Here you see the other PL card, a die cut I found in the box of goodies, and a sticker I think from the Amy Tangerine remarks:Good Times sticker book.
Added the time well spent sticker too that is from me&my Big ideas:Family Sticker pack. It was a nice day for the adults catching up with each other, this is in our back yard.

So this is what I was busy with yesterday, I had received a free shelf unit from the people I do subcontract work for this is the unit:
We added the backboard to it to get it sturdy up cause it couldn't go against the wall because of the one piece of the radiator in the way. It's in on a slant and that makes it nice to get at the shelves too
Last night and some today I got it all loaded up with the stuff that was there and then some more :) The drawers hold many things: Diecuts I had floating around, Foam Alphas, pictures, punched borders, mini glue gun and glue, dry embossed pieces, my geo dies and 2 empty drawers yet. I have my cuttlebug and embossing folders and cutting dies on the bottom row. Top row middle cube has my 6X6 and my 6X4 pads that I just may use so they are handy :) There are my rulers, my cardstock for digi stamps, little tools, pens, viva pearl pens pens, lots of scrap paper in various sizes, my brother labeler and my paper scrimper. Nice and neatly organized so I can grab it whenever I need to use it.

Hope you all had a fantastic weekend. We got to eat our first corn on the cob from our garden Saturday, so good having that 1st taste of the summer and it just maybe our only batch cause the birds and squirrels have been in it something awful this year and we lost most of the block. Today we had tomato sandwiches, sure was good! Thanks for stopping by and seeing the view from my little corner of the world.....
