My take on the Scraptober Fest Challenge

Hi you all :) Wow what a challenge to take on :) The Scraptober Fest Challenge is put together by 4 different challenge blogs and when you put together the whole challenge on one layout then your in for the Bonus Prize. Here is what I created:

Out with the old and in with the new as the saying goes. This layout is about when my favorite car would not be passing inspection in 2014 so I knew that I had to find a new car.
Here are the challenges:

• Scrap Our Stash Stash challenge  - Create a layout using at least 2 different type of Washi Tapes. 

I used 3 Washi tapes on my layout

• Challenge YOUrself - Create a layout that includes YOU in the photo.

I'm in the photo with the new car

• My Scraps & More - Color Challenge  

I just loved working with this color scheme! When I seen it thought that the last color was more of a purple than pink so that is where I leaned more too especially since my old car was purple. But the dots in the washi and the look clip is almost identical for the color.

• The Memory Nest - Sketch Challenge  

What a fun sketch to work with :)

This layout comes together from the challenges and also from LOAD27 prompt: Story: Tell of something useful you cannot live without Product/technique: Use twin embellishments Image: Two photos
I used 2 of the prompts :) A car is now something I can't live without. and I used 2 photos. I used my current counterfeit kit for my layout, but I grabbed the washi from my stash for the challenge :) 

 I added some layering to both corners. This corner added some fun elements

The bottom corner I added the similar elements (maybe I did get in the twin embellishments after all ) I added my journaling on the fun tag and adding the washi to the element :) I had a blast putting this layout together. So I am linking this layout up to:
