. You project could be related to any of the three challenges, or even the Gratitude projects we completed as our Team Activity, or maybe just something you made with your kit. As a reminder, here are the three challenges this month:The challenges this month are:
- Challenge #1: I HATE it! Do a project sharing something you just don't like! Go ahead...get it all out!
- Challenge #2: It's all relative: Make a project sharing something special (or not so special) about a relative you have.
- Challenge #3 - December plannin'
- And here is the link for the Gratitude Team Activity
Crossed out for 2013 so I could use it for 2014, but if you been following along with my blog you know that I'm using a smash book for 2014 so now I'm going to finally use it for 2015
Both of the above items were the inspiration for the rest of my kit to document Christmas this year, aka: December Daily. Plus I will be using this kit with the plan of all my Christmas crafting this year :) Tags for gifts and my 12X12 layouts too, thinking that it will be a good theme to go with. My opening photo the bottom 1/3 of the picture is CTMH White Pines kit a brand new kit that I wanted to use this year just for my December Daily, I fell in love with the blues in that kit and compared that with last year's CTMH Sparkle & Shine kit the blues are just about an identical match so I added that to my kit too. So this is the rest of my kit to document my: December On The Go:
So these 3 iris boxes holds my Christmas Stash, well accumulated over the years. From these boxes I pulled:
I focused on the colors: Pinks, Lighter Greens, Light Blue and Brown for the kit, besides the basic Red, Green, Black and White that was in the Teresa Collins: Christmas Home collection that was mainly of the kit that was in the box.
My alphas: Lots of pinks again, some old letters to get them used up, chipboard and some glitter.
OMgosh I couldn't believe I came across another 6X6 pad in the Teresa Collins: Christmas Home collection, also pulled the Pepperment pad, diecut mats and journaling tags.
The chosen embellishments: sequins, decorative tape, stickers, chipboard, rubons, enamels, doilies, punches and this bag of items I got at a flea market. I thought they were sequins but come to find out they weren't.
I came across these 2 lists in my class stash so I pulled those for inspiration if I need it. Though I'm looking forward to seeing what Counterfeit Kit Challenge Blog has planned next month to help Document December and I will also be linking up and getting inspiration from Let's December Daily blog.
The washis, ribbons, twine, buttons and trims that I want to play with too.
So that is my kit :) It all fits into the purple iris box besides the original kit that is still in the postal box. Plans to work on my cover over the weekend, I have a slight idea what I want to do for that and then to get the kit a bit organized and handy to work with all month. The excitement is starting to build up a bit for December, but got a few days to get through first :)
Thank you for stopping by today and now off you go to see what creativity that Lisa has going on over at her blog :) So excited to go and see what Lisa has done..
