Lime Gelatin Salad

Hi ya all, hope your having a fabulous summer so far and for the ones down under I hope winter isn't to bad. I have a recipe for you today from May's swap with the local girls. The theme was Jello/Pudding recipe and I have had this recipe saved for the longest time and finally tried it:
I used Cricut Preserves cartridge for my cuts on the recipe card. The word Lime was cut at 1" with shadow from page 58 and I used the lemon cut on page 59 for the lime fruit because I wanted the whole fruit not just the slice and that was cut at 2.25".
I used various scraps for the die cuts:
the plaid is from Heidi Grace Designs: A Little Bird Tale
the shadow from one of the DCWV paper pads in my collection, not sure which one
the Lime came from Cotton Bloom pack
Not sure of the other 2 papers that made up the lime I found scraps in my green paper drawer but no name to go with it.
The paper the recipe is printed on came from Staples a variety paper pack
And the background paper came from a Basic Grey paper pack I got awhile back at Big Lots.

The recipe is great for a summer get together, have a fabulous day!

I am linking this up to Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog for challenge #170: Fruit Salad

  1. Cute! Not a huge fan of Jell-O, especially lime, but it does intrigue me!!

  2. Great idea for a recipe card. I need to work on some of my Grandmother's recipes before they are lost. This would be a good way to preserve them. Thanks for joinig the "fruity" challenge this week at FCCB. Kim Ogden

  3. Great idea for your recipes-I have several dishes I need to lift this idea and do! Gotta love Big Lots for paper supplies-thanks for joining FCCB Fruit Salad challenge.

  4. Great recipe card! Makes me think I should organize my recipes a bit. :-) Thanks for joining the Fruit Salad challenge at FCCB this week!

  5. Love your recipe card. Thanks for playing along with FCCB.
