CCC: Carving Pumpkins

Hi you all welcome to my blog. Today is a bit special to me, see it's my Birthday yep I turned 52 today and I have been enjoying life the best I can happily married, wonderful kids and blessed with a bunch of grandkids, you see them all once in awhile in my scrapping. I have been extremely blessed and blessed to enjoy the crafting talent I have and enjoy doing. Enough about me time to get on with the scraping project I did for Creative Cutting Challenge:
The polka dot pumpkins were made from Creative Pointe's Jack Pumpkins die cuts:

This set is so cool, a great set to have on hand for this type of scraping and great for card making too. I sized down the files that I used and they cut wonderfully even at the smaller sizes.
I also used a sketch from Sketch N Scrap for my layout:

I used some new to me background paper that I got last month at a flea market, it's a good fine for me to find scrapbooking stuff at these places. The rest of the papers are from my current counterfeit kit.
I used one of the die cuts for the file for the title cluster, just a fun pumpkin added stickles to glitter up the yellow. Fun alphas from last month's kit.
I found this fun stamped pumpkin in my stash I think I got it in a swap. Elias and AJ holding their completed carved pumpkins. Avery's had a mishap on the way to be set down so didn't make it to the porch.
I found a pumpkin that was previous diecut turned it around and used the back side for my journaling block. A picture of our well decorated porch, I do love my grandkids :)
Another one of the die cuts these were just to cute.
Avery, Elias and AJ with help from Dad (Albert) carving their pumpkins.
We had a blast this day with the grandkids, it's fun to interactive things like this with them.
The shelf mentioned in the previous post got reattached on Saturday:
Now it's sturdier and spent the day putting things back. In the process I came across some cool paper kits that I added to my counterfeit kit for the month. Out of the 7 or 8 kits I found what isn't used I will gift to a blogger at the end of the month so watch out for that post near the end of October. It'll be a nice mix of papers, stickers, ribbons, other embellishments and just may add a few extras in there too.
That's it for me now it's your turn:
Off you go and give a try to the challenge we hope you all play along with us:
Rules are simple the project must be new works and  Each project must contain at least one SVG (SCUT, MTC or similar) file die cut and that file must be clearly apparent or you must state what piece of the project is the SVG (or similar electronic) file.  A file name or creator link would be helpful to those viewing your project. NOTE:  A project using only a Cricut Cartridge file is not eligible.  SUBMISSIONS WITHOUT ANY MENTION OF AN ELECTRONIC CUTTING FILE WILL BE DELETED.  Blog owner reserves the right to delete any submission deemed ineligible without notice to entrant.
