A Birthday Card for a Princess

Happy Birthday Isabelle, today is my G-daughter's birthday and she just loves princess stuff. So when I seen this card in the Silhouette store I had to get it:
here is another view of the card:
Isabelle's favorite colors are pink and purple so I made sure to use a variety of it on the card. The teal cardstock and the pink pattern cardstock (B side) came from my March counterfeit kit the flower paper came from Mind's Eye-lime twist 6 X 6 pad that I have next to my craft desk that I can grab a piece of the scraps when I need it. The purple and lavender cardstock came from my purple drawer of loose papers.
Mary from CardzTV has an excellent tutorial on how to put this type of card together (that is what I used to put it together :)
I used Star Dust stickles on the cuts to give some glitter to it. The Happy Birthday sentiment is from my stash and so is the foam pieces scattered about came from Walmart.
This is a Lori Whitlock design for the Silhouette store: Design ID #56157

I have linked the card up at The Memory Nest: Share Your Crafty Creations

  4. What little girl doesn't love purple and pink? This box is really super cute, and I certainly love all the pretty papers you've chosen for your very own little princess. A castle is the ideal thing to have popping out of this box card, and she is sure to be enchanted with this card. Great job. TFS & Happy Easter
