One Month Old:A Lasting Memories challenge layout

Good Morning and Happy Labor Day weekend to you :) today I have Lasting Memories newest challenge: Distressing with a Title That Tells a Story:
This is our little Great Granddaughter Emily at One Month old. She is such a cutie and getting so big :) She's eating watermelon now and has a couple of teeth too. But I really like how I did this layout and I found that fun little star sticker that the gold in it matched her little flower on her dress. So I distressed the blue floral with pink distressing ink to add more of that pink to the layout. The papers and element to the layout came from my May counterfeit kit and this was also created with a LOAD515 prompt: Day 3.
The prompt was: Monochrome: So I chose using blue based on the blue of here shirt and the title card brought in the golden yellow to compliment the blues.
Some close up shots of the layout. This was a very simple layout and I love how it turned out .
Thank you for stopping by today and I do hope you have a pleasant Holiday. I hope to see what you created over at Lasting Memories this month :)
