CKC - April Kit Reveal - Spring Cleaning

April showers bring May Flowers and Spring cleaning too. But then we are in a time at the moment that all are cleaning! I hope I find you all well during these troubling times.......
The beginning of the new month brings also a new kit to play with for Counterfeit Kit  Challenge blog. You should have arrived here from Tara's blog, if not there is a complete blog hop at the end of the post.  To help us on our way with our kits this month, we have the lovely Mel Davis, as our gest designer for the month. You can find Mel over on Instagram, where she has a dedicated scrapbooking feed -
Clair is our hostess this month and she has us being inspired by Cocoa Daisy: Orchard Path collection:
A wonderful Spring collection and it's a memory kit it has the pocket cards for the month of March with it. Love the Mustard Yellows, the variety of Greens, the Pink plaid, The Coral/Salmon color and a touch of Red in the kit. So with that in mind this is what I came up with for my kit.
My kit I affectionately call it Spring Cleaning:
I have been cleaning up my scraproom actually since January I've been in the process of revamping my scraproom and things are still packed up as I go through them. So I have limited supplies in my room and through those and a pile of scraps I was able to come up with this fun kit! There is some old and some new in this kit too.
Here are my papers, I found out I don't have alot in the mustard yellow, lots of greens, pinks, corals and some blue too. 18 pieces of full papers, but loads of scraps in this kit! I'm thinking it's going to make some fast pages.
Brought in some pocket cards and I did find a Heidi Swapp collection that had that Mustard Yellow so got the 6X6 paper pad in there too.
Some of the embellishments, including frames, chipboard, wood veneer, word phrase stickers too
I included the one stamp set that came with the Heidi Swapp collection Honey & spice plus the glitter enamels I could find. Below is the 2 die cut packs from the collection and it has lots of florals.
I still have lots leftover from last month's kit that will work perfectly well with this kit :) Thanks for stopping by today and I do hope you join us this month with this fun inspiration.
Now off you got to see what the fabulous Tracey has been inspired by this kit.

Here is this month's blog hop!

  1. Wow! Tina! You’ve outdone yourself! I spied so many lovely things in your kit but your Project Life cards and the Heidi Swapp stuff really jumped out! I hope you can get lots of lovely pages finished this month with this beauty of a kit!

  2. That is quite a kit, Tina and I know you will put it to good use! I made sure to pull a few project life style cards, too. Maybe I will actually get a few of them used this month!

  3. Wowee! This is a huge kit but I know you will use most of it. Well done Tina there's some gorgeous bits in your collection.

  4. I love that you started out by saying that you don't have access to a lot of stash and then found a way to make a massive kit. It's amazing!

    1. lol :) Yes if I had access it would have been way larger cause I know of 3 paper pads that would have worked great with the color scheme :)

  5. Well, making lots of fast pages from this large kit will just add to your sense of satisfaction in your whole scraproom makeover. You don't even need me to say - You Go Girl! -- you're rocking it.

  6. Tina: Wow x 1,000!!! What a huge kit!! Hundreds of possibilities even if you subdivided it all into mini kits! :) Have lots of fun this month!
