I used the sketch to create my journaling card for my layout. This layout is from Christmas past, (following with Counterfeit Kit Challenge blog and creating a layout about Christmas Past with my Christmas 2016 100 challenge. It was grreat using a sketch from one of the CKC Mater Forgers too:
This sketch is open for your creative interpretation! Just make sure to link it up over at Sketches in Thyme Project Life Style to be in for the prize :)
Here is the layout attached to that journaling card:I used an old sketch over at Sketch N Scrap blog for my layout Sketch #111. This is pictures of a visit with Brad and Katherine and a young Zachary, he was just about 5 months old in the family picture (he is now 6 yrs old). The B&W photo has a happy Pappy looking on. So glad to capture moments like this and it's fun to reminisce when doing layouts with old photos. As I not kept up with Christmas scrapping that you'll see many of these layouts over the next month as I start building up my Family Christmas Album. Love the layering of the layout and the sprinkling of sequins and thickers dots about the layout.
Thank you for stopping by and seeing what I'm up too in my little corner of the world.....
I absolutely love your PL journaling card and the entire layout. AWESOME.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful layout Tina, such sweet moments. Love the red doily, great take on the sketches. I need to start doing more of the project life spreads and boy do I hear you about not being ready. Since my youngest is back home we are having Christmas here and I have way to much to do before it gets here.

Love your layout, and that journal card. Fab use of the inspiration. (PS I glad it is after Christmas so Santa won't care how jealous I am of that big red doily!)
