Ava 1st Halloween Pumpkin LO for Sketch N Scrap Challenge

Good Morning and welcome to Sketch N Scrap's 2nd layout challenge. Heather provided this fun sketch for us to use:
No photo description available.
What a fun sketch and this is what I created with it:
I had fun doing alot of smooshing mists to create that background that Heather had going on in her sketch and using the 4 photos I found from this day. Thanks to Jessica for posting the photos on facebook I was able to Enjoy seeing Ava's 1st pumpkin picking photo and made sure that was the largest photo, with the family & friends photo coming in 2nd in size. The pumpkin photos I put diagonally from each other with Ava's above her photo and here sister Emily's below the family photo (Dad is holding Emily, while Mom is holding Ava and then there is also Amber in the bottom of the photo and Jonathon taking the photo)
I used my current counterfeit kit Everyday Insight for my papers for this layout. Thanks for stopping by today and I look forward to seeing your creation from this fun sketch over at Sketch N Scrap

35 Weeks LO for Counterfeit Kit Challenge #1

The 1st challenge for Counterfeit Kit Challenge is upon us for the month and Lisa has challenged us for the 1st challenge of the month with Anticipation.

"For many, November is a time of anticipation - before the fun of Christmas begins, looking forward to - or maybe dreading - the weather turning colder and winter showing its face,  or the year coming to an end. Or, like me, it might be a time full of birthdays, wedding anniversaries and family visits. Whatever it is you're expecting, waiting for or feeling excited about, be inspired by the anticipation of something today!"

Mine was easy enough answered when I seen this photo that my granddaughter took and post on facebook:
Yes! Our newest treasure to the family arrives in December and we're excited to meet our Great Grandson. With a December birth the frost collection I had in my counterfeit kit Everyday Insight this is one of the times that it's not the everyday :) but insightful :) The snowy of the frost collectio was perfect match to the boy theme of the baby and the pink flowers for the shirt are honored er in the flowers too. I used a sketch to help me with the layout

The older they get it gets a bit harder to create but stars work for any age right?!! So found scrap of star paper, the green dotted paper and the stenciled stars lime green paper from playing the other weekend and combine them all with this star washi tape to create this fun card. Thanks for stopping by today and I look forward to seeing your creation over at Sketch N Scrap.

Family Gather 2 PG LO for Stick It Down challenge

Good Afternoon :) and welcome back to the 2nd post of the day :) you can find the Use Your Stuff challenge post here.
It's a new month and a new round of sketches over at Stick It Down. We have a great sketch for you double page layout gals this month:
Wow how fun is this :) and look at those strips perfect for scraps in your stash :) this is what I created using this sketch:
A visit we had in March 2017. It was the 1st time we got to see Ava our Great Granddaughter, Jessica's 2nd child. Boy what a socialable person she is :) She was back and forth with Dave and I. Poor Emily wasn't feeling good and wanted to stay with Mommy but did get a cute pick of her on Mommy's lap. These are the best moments :) I used my counterfeit kit: Groovy Chic for the layout and lots of bits and pieces from my stash to make those borders
Thanks for stopping by today and seeing what I created for this month's Double Page challenge over at Stick It Down. I look forward to seeing your take on this fun challenge :)

Family & Friends LO for Use Your Stuff challenge

Good Morning :) Hope you had a fantastic weekend :) I'm here with this week's challenge over at Use Your Stuff challenge blog and the challenge this week is to create a project using some scraps from another project. I've been creating graduation layouts from our Granddaughter's Graduation last year and it was great to use the scraps throughout to keep the theme together.
Used lots of scraps on this layout :) what makes a fun fast layout is using scraps :) some stamping and some stickers too. Thank you for stopping by today to see what I'm up too in my scrappy corner of the world :) Now I can't wait to see your take on this fun challenge over at Use Your Stuff challenge blog this week.

CKC - November 2019 Kit Reveal - Everyday Insight

Happy November :) and the 1st of the month brings about a new kit to counterfeit and create from your stash over at Counterfeit Kit Challenge blog. I'm your last stop on the blog hop this month you should have arrived here from the creative Lori's blog so excited to see what she pulled together for this inspiration. . This month our hostess Lisa brought a down home wintry feel of inspiration from a kit club from her part of the world and found a gorgeous collection of exclusive products at a Dutch online shop
Scrapdelight Scrapwinkel
https://www.scrapdelight.nl/dls-kits-amp-workshops/losse-kits/
She decided on the pocket page kit for our main inspiration, but there are options for full scrapbook pages as well as a paper add on that can be used for additional images or inspiration.
She was particularly inspired by the beautiful colours and paper designs - it seemed so wintry and seasonal without being all about snow and Christmas.

But there is a "traditional" scrapbook kit too:

And the add on paper kit so that you can see a bit more of the paper design:

We would love to welcome  our Guest Designer for November and am thrilled to have scrapbooking extraordinaire, Tara, with us this month! Tara of
Tara's Ramblings

I actually chose from both kits besides the colors I was drawn to the icons and patterns of the kit and went through part of my stash to find bits and pieces for my kit:
I was drawn to the checks and added some plaids too. I was drawn to the houses and really added a variety of those to my kit and then the coffee cups! added the wood and light bulbs too. Yep everything reminded me of home and everything in :) a good month for that as this time of year it's about home and family :) But I did add some travel papers and stickers too for some scrappy fun :)
My papers in the kit :) Just enough for the month :)
Then added some sticker sheets :) lots of fall but lots of home too a nice addition to the papers above. That's it that's my kit :)
Thanks for stopping by today and if you came here 1st then you want to see what my sister forgers have curated for the kits from this inspiration :)
