The paper and a few straggler embellishments that missed the main embellishment photo. My list I created for to gather up my kit: Polka Dot, Bokeh, Ombre, Bold Stripe, Woodgrain, Color Chevrons and Florals. The colors I saw: Teal, Red, Orange, Gold, Yellow, Black/White, Pink and Woodgrain. So I went to my paper drawers this time for my kit, some old stock in those drawers to use up. I come to find out I don't buy much of the bold stripes and the ombre style paper so went to some newer stock for that.
My list for embellishments: Bright Red, Orange & Yellow, Confetti Style enamel dots, Acrylic pcs, Arrows, Butterflies, Sequins, Diecuts, Organza Ribbon, Chipboard buttons, Paper Clips, Paper Flower, Gold Metallic thread, Gold ribbon, Black ribbon, Wood veneer, Flair buttons. So this is what I found. I gather up quite a bit that was close to what they had for inspiration, looking forward to using up the almost completed packs of embellishments.
They had 2 Alphas in their kit, I need more that that to work with :) So I went with the colors for my alphas and some word stickers too. I also pulled some paper pads for some fun layering this month on my layouts, the one paper pad has the chalkboard style PL cards that I can use for their chalkboard pieces. That is it my Counterfeit Kit.
Lots of Inspiration this month over at Counterfeit Kit Challenge Blog too. They did the (I)NSD for that weekend with lots of ideas for various things to do with Scrapbooking :) I need to go and thoroughly check it out myself :)
Slinking in here with my head hanging low Tina, sorry I haven't been around to do any commenting. I have went through all your posts and love all the cards and layouts you have done. My favorite being the PA roads one. I use redd up all the time. Funny how there are different sayings all over PA. Hoagie or sub, etc...I always enjoy learning about our state through your layouts my friend. Also the one where you went scraping with your local friends, how fun that layout was! All of them were amazing as always. I never tire of looking at your creations. Hugs, Brenda

ReplyDeleteGreat looking kit - I can already see it's been put to good use!
ReplyDeleteI like your pops of yellow. It was such a dreary May here (and I know you are just a little bit west of me). The yellow is a refreshing reminder that the sun'll come out!
