CKC - April Kit Reveal - Spring Flings and Easter Things

Good Morning and welcome to the 2nd post of the day. If you are looking for the Sketch N Scrap post you can find it here.

Today is the 1st of April and that means it's a Counterfeit Kit Challenge new kit inspiration and I got to choose this month's kit for the inspiration. You would have come here from Julene's blog and I expect to see a marvelous kit from here we have alot in common with kits we both enjoy big kits :)
We have a fantastic Guest Designer this month playing along Miss Annie Claxton make sure to stop by and give her a warm welcome :)
This month's inspiration comes from: Button Farm Club “Everyday Documented Page Kit April

These kits are exclusively designed by Vicki Boutin for the Button Farm Club. I just loved this kit when I saw it, just has the colors of Spring and here in Pennsylvania we are so ready for Spring!
This is the kit I created:

Spring Flings and Easter Things

Oh my gosh I just love the kit I created this month makes my heart so happy and looking forward to scrapping Spring and warmer days this month with this fun kit. I went a little crazy with gathering embellishments and the alphas for my kit, but I'm good with that.
My papers:
I embraced the sunny colors, pastels and lots of florals too. Found lots of butterflies on lots of papers and grabbed those too.
Wood veneers, didn't have any florals like they had in the kit but these I got for Christmas and it's time to use them.
Fun die cut and acrylic pieces to use about my layouts
Stickers of Spring and stickers of Easter to use on my layouts
grabbed a few word phrase stickers
and some odds and ends too. The Heidi Swapp package I added on a whim thinking it'll be fun to try to incorporate into my crafting this month.
Dazzles to bring some glitter to my layouts
And the Alphas, yes lots of those in variety of colors too.
Well that is my kit for this month I may be able to kill the paper part of the kit but don't think I'll be able to kill the embellishment part of it but look forward to using up some old die cuts and maybe some new packs of embellishments too.
I look forward to seeing what inspires you to create with this inspiration this month. So off you go and check out what beauty of a kit Lisa has come up with :) I heard from a birdie that she may have went rouge this month so I'm excited to see what she did!

  2. You've slanted towards the pinks, which I find hard to use. I might have to scraplift when you get going.LOL

  4. Oh my! what a humungous kit! I think that would keep me going for several months but I know how productive you are Tina so I wouldn't be surprised to see you use up all the paper! There are some really gorgeous elements in there and I thought it was fun to see that you've added in some old BasicGrey die cuts like me! Great inspiration kit this month Tina - well done!

  6. I love your enthusiasm for your kit! You always pull (and use) such fun and interesting goodies and you've got a lot of alphabet choices this month but I'm sure you will put them to good use as always!

  7. Too bad you couldn't find much to put in your kit this month (hee, hee, hee). I want to dive into that pile of embellishments, and maybe not emerge till summer. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy . . .
