Hi you all, back again with another layout that I have to get posted so I can get it linked up in time for the challenge. These are three of my grandboys and this is the last picture of the 3 of them as Cub Scouts, Avery has since moved up to Boy Scouts, another layout for that will be coming later in the week.
I used the March 13th Sketch over at Scrap Much
I also used the layout with another challenge in mind from the Scrappin N Chattin yahoo group of All 3 challenge which this layout worked out so well for. The challenge was to use 3 plain cardstocks, 3 pattern papers, 3 pictures, 3 word title (one of mine is the actual number 3) and 3 embellishment pieces (the sequin stars) I did make more embellishments with the paper and punches.
I used papers from my counterfeit kit for the layout and pulled the needed plain cardstock from my stash, I was trying to stay with the cub/boy scout colors. The Alpha stickers are October Afternoon: Campfire sticker sheet
Up close pic of part of the 3 embellishment pieces (the sequin stars) and embellishments made with the paper and punches.
Thanks for stopping by again and I'll see you all soon :)

Awesome Ride Amazing View
Good Morning and welcome to a new month of challenges over at Lasting Memories. The theme for April is TRAVEL and this week's challenge is Mystic Mountains. We had taken a ride on the Susquehanna River (West Branch) by way of the Hiawatha Paddlewheel Riverboat. With that ride you get a narrative story of the Susquehanna Boom that was made for the way of getting timber down river. Lycoming County is part of the Allegheny Mountain chain and the views of the mountains from the ride is just beautiful. I'm blessed to live in a valley city that is surrounded by the mountains so I see them every day through the changing of the seasons. Well the ride talks of the Lumber Era of the river and that Era made Williamsport the Lumber Capital of the world in the 19th century.
The layout of that ride that we took. Tammy and the kids were up for a visit and this was one of the planned activities, so glad I did plan this it was wonderful way to learn of our local history and the ride was fun and very relaxing. I used the 3-15-15 over at Let's Scrap for my layout:
I stayed pretty close to the sketch, but my pictures were going the other way I changed it up just a bit. I also wanted to add the picture of the boys having a bit of fun while we were waiting to board the boat:
The left side of the layout is a picture of the Riverboat, picture of the boys having fun while we were waiting to board. Picture of the boys on the boat, and the first picture taken when the ride had started up. Fun picture of Dave, Tammy, Britney and Brandon during the ride, funny that the guys are looking to see the boat operating in the water and girls are looking at the views.
The right side of the layout is a picture of all of us: Britney, Bradley, Brandon, me. Tammy and Dave. Nice that someone comes around and takes a picture of the families together on the boat. The other 2 pictures of the amazing views of the mountains.
I used my current counterfeit kit for the layout. I used some of the paper forom the CTMH Skylark kit and 2 of the leftovers from other projects (love to use scraps on layouts :) I used washi tape and the cut off pieces from the 12 X 12 sheets for the borders on the layout.
The title work was done with a variety of Alphas from my kit and from a Bo Bunny:Block Party sticker sheet (the red arrows and that corner piece that was cut from the arrows were from the sticker sheet too). The banner was made from SU little banner punch sewn with the sewing machine and added rhinestones to it.
Added more sewing to the other upper corner of the left hand side of the layout. More black washi tape for the border that was in the sketch.
I was smart enough to ask to keep my ticket so I had atleast one for a layout planning ahead. The bingo card I used for thee journaling spot and added some paper from a creative memories pack I have for the writing. .
Thanks for stopping by today and Lasting Memories have some fun challenges plan so get out those vacation photos and let us take a look at your creativeness this month, check it out there is a fun prize sponsor for this month too.

A Budding Artist
Good afternoon bloggers :) I hope you all are having a great day and just crafting away. I wanted to post this layout before I started on another layout. I've got some fresh current pictures so want to get them scrapped up this weekend if possible. These pictures I grabbed off facebook of my youngest grandson Tristan having fun at the daycare/babysitter that he attends so Katherine can work. Miss Kelly takes some fantastic pictures of the kids and is very interactive with them too.
It was fun to see pictures of Tristan just having fun :) I used Bo Bunny Weekend Market Collection for the layout. This was done for the Scrappin N Chattin Yahoo Group 24 challenge :) The sketch I used for the layout:
The journaling block tells of the what Katherine said about the photos and when I saw it what I said :) Yep he can get inky with me anytime. Thank you and have a fabulous weekend :)
I'm entering this into the Scrap Our Stash Challenge: STENCIL
S: Sketch (used), Sticker (Alphas), T: Torn Edge, E: Epemera (Be You ticket, Journal spot), N:Number (Date), C: Circle Sticker, I: Inked Edges, L: Layers of pattern paper, striped Line paper

Funday Friday Happy Easter Challenge
Hello and welcome. I'm here with another Funday Friday from over at Jo's Scrap Shack. Today's challenge is Happy Easter and our sponsors are Fitztown & Di's Digis.
I created a Happy Easter card using Fiztown Easter 15 file:
I printed the digital stamp right to the cardstock and colored it with various makers: Spectrum Noir and Memento. I wanted to make sure that the stamp was the showcase on the card. I added Wink of Stella to the flowers for some glitter effect. The Sentiment was stamped from SU Teeny Tiny Wishes set and was stamped to Maggie Holmes: Flea Market collection ephemera pack and added SU Brights Candy Dots (Both in my counterfeit kit last month.)
a closer look of the stamp, it's a really cute stamp for the spring/Easter season. The portraying of new beginnings is perfect for this time of the year. I'm posting this for the Easter challenge over at Cardz TV Thanks for stopping by today and I hope to see your Easter creation over at Jo's soon :)

Halloween 2014 with a March 2015 CKC Blog Hop
Welcome to the March 2015 Counterfeit Kit Challenge Blog Member Blog Hop, so happy your here to join us. I finally was able to put together one of the 2014 Halloween layouts I wanted to get done :) If you are coming from the fabulous Margie's blog then your right on track.
The challenges this month are:
Challenge #1: Border Craze: Get crazy with borders
Challenge #2: Irish Challenge: Celebrate St Patrick's Day with some creativity!
Challenge #3: Desk Challenge: Take inspiration from the state of your desk
This is my take on Challenge #1. I knew that I would be doing #1 when I seen it come out as the 1st challenge and also after I seen the sketch from Stick It Down was perfect for the challenge so I knew that I would be using that too. But really if you seen my craft desk right now then this layout would also fit that challenge as my desk one side of it clear to scrap a page and the other side is all stacked up with papers, tools, bits and pieces just like that border is, but I will stick with my first choice when I joined in for the hop.
So I used this sketch from Stick It Down****Edit*** Featured layout over at Stick It Down
I started with the chevron background that came from The Gilded Paper pack from last month's kit and also grabbed the dazzle's October pack that I pulled out for the halloween pictures that I wanted to do in January's kit. All the Halloween doo dads also came from that kit. I guess better late than not at all :)
I pulled together all my Halloween embellishments for the border, I used a little bit of anything and everything: stickers, sequins, dazzle stickers, a flair button and some die cut pieces.
The title came from a cut up piece and some alpha's from this month's kit. The journaling black is from a sticker sheet that I have been really working at to eliminate from my stash. The rest of the border section of the layout.
A little dazzles in this section of the layout
Andrea was dressed as a Greek goddess, Astacia wasn't quite sure what she was dressed up as. In the next picture is Zachary as Spiderman and Tristan as a lion or a bear I'm thinking. the last photo is Tristan and Astacia and a photobomb by Tristan's dad, Brad :) This is Tristan's first Halloween, but I will be doing a special page for his book with another layout.
Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of the hop :) Next off to see what amazing project Laura has done. If you found me first, go over to Counterfeit Kit Challenge blog to start at the beginning of the hop.We would love to have you join along with us and get those projects and layouts done :)

Bunny and Eggs Card for Creative Cutting Challenge
Good Morning Crafty Bloggers! Today is Creative Cutting Challenge #50: Theme is Easter. I used Creative Pointe's Easter Bunny Card svg file for my project today:
The card base paper and the white background paper is from my current counterfeit kit. I decided to have some fun and glitter up the eggs on the card.
I proceeded to use doublesided tape over the holes where the eggs were as seen above.
I then covered the tape in various colors of glitter from Hampton Art. On top of the glitter I added CTMH Liquid glass to keep the glitter from scattering and staying in place.
The Happy Easter sentiment is from SU Teeny Tiny Wishes and was inked with CTMH Indian Corn Blue ink on a strip of that white background paper scrap of it.
I like the way it turned out and I think my sister will be receiving this one :) Without any changes to the card the overall size is 6.75" High and 4.75" Wide
You all have a fantastic Monday :) I'm still doing up laundry....

Out with a Friend
Good Afternoon crafters :) Sorry about the delay blogger wasn't playing friendly this morning, better now though. Today is the last Friendship challenge over at Lasting Memories. It is Anything Goes with a Friendship theme. I came across more fair pictures, the night we went and saw Jeff Dunham. We enjoy seeing Jeff so much on TV that the night we saw him at Bloomsburg Fair was like we were Out with a Friend and of course I was out with my best friend, my husband Dave.
I used the sketch over at ScrapMuch?
I followed the sketch other than flipping it so it would work with the larger photo, didn't want Jeff looking out into nothing :) Something I learned in one of my classes with BPC
Added the picture of us and a picture of the fair at night, it was fun to see the fair from our view on the bleachers all the lights so I thought the dark starting paper would work well for the atmosphere of the night. I used an old Counterfeit kit for this layout with plans that month of doing the fair pictures, but still working through them from a few fairs and a few dates.
Most of the papers and embellishments came from the October Afternoon: Midway collection. I pulled the washi tape from the current kit and the alphas are from last month's kit. Seems like once you pull the stuff out and have it in a kit want to continue using it, since now I know I have it :)
Thanks for stopping by today and Friend we want you to join in with us for the challenges this month too, stop over at Lasting Memories and check them out :)

Special Birthday Funday Friday Challenge
Happy Spring!
Welcome and Happy Spring :) Here in PA we are experiencing snow today, yep here today and probably gone tomorrow when the temps hit the mid 40s. I'll stay and enjoy what my craft room has to offer me this weekend :)
Today is Friday and over at Jo's Scrap Shack that means it's Funday Friday. Today's challenge theme is Special Birthday and our sponsors are Bugaboo and Little Blue Button Stamps
Here is the card I made for my Great Grandson his 1st birthday will be coming up soon:
I used Bugaboo's Birthday Baby/candle digi stamp:I colored him in blues with my bic markers and added red stickles to the heart. I inked the edges with Distress ink: broken china. I used my happy birthday embossing folder for texture and all the papers came from scraps. I used spellbinders Classic Oval large and the classic Scalloped ovals large for the stamp. I used 3 Twenty Crafts: Simple Sentiments for my sentiment
I brought the same stripe paper and the confetti paper into the inside. Added a block for the sentiment and note that was inked with the distress ink. I used a sticker from my current counterfeit kit for the happy birthday ribbon. The stamp is from CTMH Card Chatter: Birthday stamped in the same distress ink. Thanks for stopping by today and enjoy the 1st day of Spring :)

Shamrock Cupcake for Funday Friday Challenge
Happy Friday to you all :) I've had a busy week of tax prep and so glad that it's finished and I can get back to crafting :) The weather here has been getting warmer and we're seeing the snow melting away, the grass underneath is good to see. With the slow melt the water table should be getting built back up.
So today for Funday Friday challenge over at Jo's Scrap Shack is:
I used the March Card sketch over at Stick it Down for the layout of my card:
I used a variety of green papers on my card to match the theme of the day and the card.
Closer view of the cupcake. I used pine green stickles for the clovers and Gold Pearl liquid pearls for the icing (I was impressed how well it turned out looks just like icing :) I was glad to give it a try on the cupcake. The rest of the stamp was colored with bic makers. I cut it with SB Labels Nine and inked the edges with this month's Counterfeit Kit choice of inks: Peeled Paint distressed ink, I also used the ink for the sentiment (SU Teeny Wishes stamp). The sequins are from last month's kit and the paper was in my stash.
Because the card base was double sided paper thought best to use the green on the inside to cover the design and bring in the green of the holiday, added more of the stripe paper and the border element from K&Company adhesive borders. Thanks for stopping by today, I will also be using this card for Counterfeit Kit Challenge: Challenge #2: Irish Challenge.
Now it's your turn to play along with us:

Together
It's Friendship Month at LM!
This month over at Lasting Memories Scrapbook Challenges the theme is Friendship and this week's challenge is So Happy Together. I can be happy around alot of people in my life but my happy place is with my husband when we are together:
I grabbed a couple of pictures I found of us for the layout, (yes I have a husband a foot taller than me :). I need to focus on getting at least a yearly picture of us together not surrounded by grand kids, which I love my grandkids, but it's nice to have one of each other too :) I used the sketch over at Stuck On U Sketches for the base of my layout:I really thought this was a good one for this type of prompt for the layout
A selfie of us during a walk we took about the yard, looks like it was in the Spring before the trees were getting leaves. I used my counterfeit kit from last month. I was putting it away right before doing this and just started pulling out random scraps to use on the layout.
The other picture of us was part of a group picture but was able to copy and cut us out of the picture just for this layout :) I had fun putting the doodling line of sequins on the page using stickles.
I love the anchor paper in the DCWV the Gilded Paper stack, Dave is my anchor so it was perfect for the layout. The chevron paper came from the same paper pad. The stripe came fro the DCWV Dear Jane pad, the hearts came from Simple Stories Homespun collection and the circle paper is from SU paper I pulled last month just the B side of the paper. together was cut with my cameo and the cupid came from a card pack, the flowers and heart came from my kit last month 2 the Maggie Holmes Flea Market collection.
Thanks for stopping by and please do join in with us for Friendship Month over at Lasting Memories
