Recipe for Superbowl Sunday

Hi you all
Are you excited to watch the big game this weekend? Are you still looking for something to serve? We may have finished off the local recipes swaps but I have alot of recipes that I never posted, so for this Throwback Thursday I have a new post on an old craft I made.
Barbeques are great for game day and easily kept in a crock pot to keep warm throughout the day. All cuts on this 6 X 6 cardstock for a swap that was made July 2011 was made using the cricut-From My Kitchen cartridge.
The Recipe:
1½ lb. beef stew meat             1½ lb. cubed pork
2 C. Chopped onions                 2 C. chopped green pepper
½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. salt                                1 tsp. dry mustard
3 tsp. chili powder                  ¼ cup vinegar
2tsp. Worcestershire sauce   1 (6-oz) can tomato paste
16 sandwich buns

In slow cooker, combine all ingredients except buns. Cook 1 hur on high setting; reduce hat to low setting. Cook for 7-9 hours until meat is tender. With fork, stir barbecue mixture to break up meat pieces. Serve in buns. 16 Sandwiches                                          recipe by Tina Campbell

You can comment each day this week which runs from today till Sunday Feb 2 (Superbowl weekend :) ) midnight eastern time. 2 conditions you have to leave a comment and you have to be a follower of my blog. The winner will be announced Thursday Feb 6th. That's it!
