Counterfeit Kit Challenge: Next Move

Today I have something a bit different, being Guest Designer over at Counterfeit Kit Challenge there are 3 fun challenges to do each month. This is the 1st challenge of the month: Next Move. We are to do a project sharing what your next move in life is.  What is a goal?  What would you like to do, if you could?
I struggled with this a bit for some reason, maybe if I was asked this last year the layout outcome would have been totally different, but then a thought came to me last week, what do I really want to do? Travel, sure I want to see the world! But what can I do now this moment, what goal can I make now that I could follow through on.........
My Next Move:
to maintain the weight I have lost and to continue losing. My goal is to lose at least 20lbs in 2016. It's a small goal and one that I think I can achieve. I think the reason I struggle so much with losing weight is I look at losing it fast than to look at what has worked in the past and use that knowledge for the future.
Since July 23, 2009 I have been tracking my weight, going up and down just slightly but hovering around the same weight. When I quit smoking then I really noticed a change in my weight and that it was increasing. The doctor wasn't concerned about it in the beginning cause he wanted me to quit smoking, but after that was accomplished then we were back to look at my weight. So at my heaviest July 2014, God decided he another plan for me and my life. A change in what I did for a living also changed my physical being, by the end of 2014 I had lost 30 lbs. 2015 so far has brought a lost of 14 lbs. So just making sure that I move, doing some kind of exercise is helping me to lose weight. The 3 pictures above are from July 2014, August 2015 and Sept 19, 2015 when I found that I could go from an XXL shirt back to an XL shirt :) To me that is a big step on my journey.
I used my current and past counterfeit kits to make this layout. I had followed a sketch so some of the elements needed I was able to get quickly from a previous kits that hasn't been broken down yet.
 My journaling
A fun addition to the layout the reason, well it has to do with tape and that it got stuck on a place on the layout that I didn't want too. So this covers up that white torn spot and made a nice ending spot to the layout. Thank you for stopping by today and I hope to see your creations on your next move in your journey :)
