Hey Cowboy

Hi you all :) How are you ? I will be posting quite a bit over the next few days as I have done alot of LOAD layouts using current challenges and need to get them posted pronto! Not much time left in the current month :) So be prepared........
This morning's layout is the one I did yesterday for the LOAD of the day. LOAD26 Ship’s Wheel: Story: Tell of the first time you drove Product: Use something circular Image: Riding on something. My layout is definetly Riding on something: my grandson Zachary riding a horse:
A 2 page layout of his birthday gift this past year that he received early: A day at the stables. I made the trim into a circle for the product part of the prompt. The trim looked just like rope so thought it would be a great addition to the layout :) and if I wouldn't had worked on my craftroom over the past month I wouldn't had known I even had it :)
I used the sketch over at Let's Scrap: SKETCH 10-15-15:

A closer look at the Left hand side of the layout. My pictures were a bit larger that what it look like it called for in the sketch so I was only able to add 3 to the bottom section. I used some to the trim on this side to wrap around my journaling about the layout. The horse ribbon I got in a swap (package of cowboy ribbon variety of kinds). Wood veneer star and couple of punched pieces. Added the lettering to the picture to get my title :)
The right hand side of the layout holds 3 pictures, more trim, stars and punched pieces. Also a border sticker strip from Bo Bunny: Weekend Market collection (part of my current counterfeit kit)
A few close ups of the layout
I really had fun creating this part of the layout. I used CTMH liquid glass to glue the trim to the paper Glad to see this morning after it dried that it didn't warp the paper.

A close up of Zachary

Close up of the journaling. I have to say this has to be one of my favorite layouts I created. I used some of my current counterfeit kit and the rest came from my stash. Thanks for stopping by and seeing the view from my little corner of the world
