Short Line Layout

Hi there :) This layout came from LOAD Day 9 Transportation: Trains. OMgosh where do I begin! We have so many train photos and seen so many train museums and events, so much to choose from. I thought about the trains that we have rode on and that could have went many directions too.... But finally decided on the Short Line ride at The Steamtown National historical site.
This fun ride was something offered throughout the day at specific times :) No extra cost to us and we had an enjoyable ride seeing parts of Scranton that had the old buildings that had their heyday when trains were the best way of transporting long distances. I picked a hand full of pictures to use for the layout that was more about the train ride itself than what was out the windows, will save that for another layout.
I used the sketch over at Sketches in Thyme for my layout, sketch #184

I was really liking all the clustering that was going on with this sketch and it had 4 photo spots :)
A close up of the photos, not the train we road that was out the window, looking at it now I should have gotten one of the actual train we road in, something to remember next time.
The title/date cluster, if you wanted to learn anything about clustering this sketch is a good starting point
The journaling :) I used my Brighter Year Ahead counterfeit kit and some specific papers and embellishments from my stash. Thanks for stopping by once again :)
