Hello and welcome :) I'm adding my layout for this DT challenge a bit late today :) Chris C. has our challenge this week over at Use Your Stuff challenge blog. she has challenged us to use circles, For this week's challenge, I would like to see some circles (at least one) on your project.
I did a layout for LOAD217 that fits this challenge well cause it has embellishments that are circles with in the rubons and a fussy cut die cut:
The candy rubons, the fussy cut mallo cup (memories of my childhood with that one :), in the journaling card and the cookies in the picture are circles :) This layout was created for LOAD217 Day 13:
DAY 13: Achilles
What is your weakness? Chocolate? Shoes? Time with a good book? New scrappy supplies?
I have so many of these weaknesses but Sweets has to be my strongest weakness!
A couple of pictures from December 2016, a day we were making cookies, actually Dave was making the cookies and I was helping when I got up from my nap that Saturday :) Plans to bake cookies were on my agenda, just not these but I was glad to help and I was glad that Dave wanted to make cookies this year.
fussy cut part of a project life card for the tab above the photo. Lots of the papers came from the collection Simple Stories So Fancy that was in my counterfeit kit that month: A Few of My Favorite Things which is so fitting for this layout :) Thank you for stopping by today and I look forward to seeing your creation linked up to Use Your Stuff challenge blog.

Celebrate Spring for a Lasting Memories Layout Challenge
Hello :) We have been enjoying some great weather lately and Spring has finally arrived in North Central PA. Some days it even feels like Summer has arrived, yes the weather in PA can jump up and down quite a bit.
This is the last challenge for this month theme of Spring over at Lasting Memories. Haven challenged us this week with a color palette.
It wouldn't be spring without daffodils and we have a bunch this year. I took these pictures on April 6, 2017 while I was out and about taking pictures. These were the first of the daffodils to come up being out front of the house it gets the most sun:
and this is the color palette for the challenge:
Another fun cluster using a chipboard bird in the right color combination for the palette. Added the pearls too that are from my stash, not sure how I by past these when I put my kit together this month.
The bottom cluster and that pot of daffodils is from a sticker sheet that is just about finished

I found so many of the colors in my 100 Pattern Paper stack that I worked off 3 papers. I also broke open a new punch (one that was purchased before Christmas! me bad waiting that long to use it.) One that I think I'll be using quite often.
I used the No. 85 sketch over at The Memory Nest for my layout:
A fun sketch to use too :)
For the larger photo in the sketch I matted my photo with the Polaroid look and that gave me a spot to add some journaling. A fun cluster using pieces from this month's counterfeit kit: Spring Garden and some embellishments from previous kits. The only neutrals things added to the layout the word strips and that wood veneer title. thank you for stopping by today and seeing what I'm up too. I look forward to seeing your creation over at Lasting Memories Layout Challenges
All Challenges for the month end 04/28/17.

Happy Birthday Jar card for Funday Friday
Good morning and welcome. today I have a card I made for Funday Friday over at Jo's Scrap Shack. Our sponsors this week are The Cutting Cafe and Di's Digi's
I made this card from The Cutting Cafe's Mason Jar set:
I have a Mason Jar cut on my card. This set is super cute and comes with all you need to make a variety of different Mason Jar cards, even a shape card. I cut out the hearts and balloons too. I used both chalks and stickles to color my pieces. I used my current counterfeit kit: Spring Garden for the fun red pattern paper for the card mat and the chipboard bow.
What you get with the set. In a variety of files to choose from for a variety of cutting machines.
Lots of fun details on the card.
The inside I did another mason jar and added flowers coming out of it with the birthday sentiment. The stickers are part of a sticker challenge over in the 100 Pattern Paper Challenge Facebook group.
Thank you for stopping by and I look forward to seeing your creation linked up over at Jo's Scrap Shack.

A Spring Hello There card for Sketch~N~Scrap challenge
Good Morning and welcome to today's sketch challenge over at Sketch~N~Scrap. Today we have this fun sketch from Lisa to play with:
I added the rubons before adding the frame layer to it.
A closer look to the frame and the sentiment. I added a butterfly and some brads for the spots on the sketch. I used my current counterfeit kit: Spring Garden and a butterfly from last month's kit Social Butterfly. Just need to add a little note to the inside of the card and it's ready to be sent off in the mail :)
Thank you for stopping by today and I look forward to seeing your creation linked up over at Sketch~N~Scrap too.
It really does have a spring feel to it and so as I was doing my own spring cleaning this month I came across some fun frames and these cute rubons and some how came up with the idea to put them together for this card:

Easter 2016 for a Use Your Stuff challenge
Happy Easter to all my blogger friends, I hope your day was special.
This week's challenge over at Use Your Stuff challenge blog comes from our DT sis Heather and her challenge for us is: I thought it would be fun to try and use some of them up. And not just one or two here an there, but I would really love to see you guys use eyelets or brads or both to make a shape on your layout.
So this is what I created for this challenge:
Our Great Granddaughter Emily last year after receiving her Easter Basket. Looks like she was enjoying all her gifts from the Easter Bunny. I used Eyelets in 3 different spots on my layout creating circle embellishments.
One for the Journaling spot and the Title on that layout. Emily certainly enjoys chocolate :) I used paper from my 100 Pattern Paper challenge. Used ribbon from the ribbon challenge in the same group and the eyelets were from last month's challenge in the same group. The word sticker and Alpha letters and numbers came from my current counterfeit kit: Spring Garden. I put together 4 different page kits yesterday from my kit but this wasn't one of them and went another direction for this layout.
Fun Easter bunny stickers used with the circles for a fun embellishment clusters
This layout is also for the challenge over at Lasting Memories. This week challenge is:

7 Weeks LO for Sketch N Scrap Challenge
Good Morning and welcome :) Hope your Easter Weekend is going well :) Myself I got an extra day to enjoy so will probably be cleaning the craftroom a bit more this weekend.
Today over at Sketch N Scrap we a sketch by Heather Hall and just love what my DT sisters did with this sketch:
and this is the layout I created with the sketch:
I like to work on some old photos occasionally and these ones of Zachary sure are fun to scrap brings back fond memories for me. I love seeing photos like these come across facebook during his 1st year. At 7 weeks he was really starting to notice his surrounds more and the cute smiles just love seeing those.
I used my current counterfeit kit: Spring Garden and also the alphas came from my March kit. My journaling on some paper I got at a yardsale last year and really trying to work through the large stack.
Close up of the smile...

My Garden LO for Use Your Stuff challenge
Hello! Well it's the beginning of the week again, where the heck the weekend go! We had a fantastic day yesterday with the grands for the Annual Campbell Easter Egg Hunt and other than the chocolate being soft for the weather the rest of the candy held up :) (Tip freeze the candy a bit next year before putting it out.)
Today's challenge over at Use Your Stuff is from DT sis Beth and she wants us to use flowers :) Got to do another picture I found recently and got it scrapped.
I used the current sketch over at Stuck?! for my layout
and I also went to Paper Issues New Issues Monday for their challenge: Create a project using flowers or about gardening and spring.
This month's challenge over at 100 Pattern Paper Challenge FB group is Kraft Paper so got into my stack of Kraft Paper for this layout. Kraft paper (2 sheets plus the cut apart sheet), ribbon that was on my desk from that challenge and old stickers! Got just a few stickers left from that sheet to finish that off. Used a rubon for my journaling spot.I'm not a keen one for Orange but I do like the orange paper when it's a kraft paper. So my current counterfeit kit was used: Spring Garden :) Hmm I need to look for some more garden/flower photos......

Simply Spring for a Lasting Memories Scrapbook challenge
Good morning and welcome :) Sunday it is and a busy one for us as we will be having the annual Campbell Easter Egg Hunt this afternoon for the local grandkids :) Something we enjoy doing each year.
This month the theme is Spring and for today our DT sis Haven has challenged us to Use the word Spring in our Title or Journaling (I used it in both).
Some of the flowers we added to the front of the house during the spring of 2015. We usually will add flowers in various spots with the bulbs each year so we have flowers continually throughout the season. This year we got some new bulbs to plant yet and hopefully I'll have pictures of those flowers next year :)
For my layout inspiration I found a fun sketch over at Paper Issues:
I did follow it pretty closely. A fun sketch to work with too
I used papers from my current counterfeit kit: Spring Garden :)I also used the chipboard pieces and Alphas from the kit :) The journaling strips are from the 6X6 paper pad I found the other day cleaning up the floor in my craftroom. So far the paper pad is working great with the rest of my kit so a nice little addition to that.
Now I got to start getting creative with this pack of letters as it's dwindling down.
We had some pretty flowers that year. The photos and the rubons I came across while cleaning up a set of drawers in my craftroom. (Spring Cleaning) So I must of had them together for a layout, it came together pretty quickly. Thanks for stopping by today and I look forward to seeing your Spring creation linked up over at Lasting Memories Scrapbook challenge

Happy Birthday card for a Sketch~N~Scrap challenge
Hello :) Today's sketch over at Sketch~N~Scrap is a cool one to use :) I made another Happy Birthday card for all the birthdays this month :) Here is the sketch:
and this is the card I created with this sketch:
The card base is from the leftover green I used in a layout this week, so that comes from my current counterfeit kit: Spring Garden. The other paper came from a 6X6 paper pad I found while cleaning this week and added it to my kit since I didn't have a small paper pad in it
The inside of the card I used the left over pieces of the papers to bring the pennants elements to the inside of the card.
Speaking of Birthdays! Don't forget about the big bash next month for Sketch~N~Scrap's 5th Birthday it will be a month long celebration with an online crop too.

Hello World Layout for Use Your Stuff Challenge
If your looking for the Stick It Down Double Page Layout post you can find it here
Good Morning and welcome to the 1st week of April. We had some beautiful weather yesterday and today it looks to be the same :) It's so good to get outside and enjoy the sunshine.
So are Polaroids still a thing in scrapbooking? The frames that look like the old Polaroids, are they still a thing? Well that is our challenge this week for Use Your Stuff. DT sis Gail asking us this week to use a Polaroid frame(s) on your project.
During my bit of cleaning in my room yesterday I came across some old cutapart Polaroids and knew that I was to use those for my project for today. It's great when a plan comes together for a layout
Got out more cute pictures of Zachary he was just about 11 months in these pictures that were on June 12 2011. The Polaroid frames were a nice touch to the layout. For inspiration for this layout I used the sketch over at Let's Get Sketchy:
Perfect sketch to use for these photos.
I used both my current counterfeit kit: Spring Garden that includes the 100 Patterned Paper Kraft paper challenge too
so used a kraft paper from the stack too (the yellow checks) Thanks a bunch for stopping by and I'll see you later today with a update on my cleaning challenge.
