#HappyBirthday for Funday Friday

Hi you all! It's Friday! I have the pleasure to say I won over at My Scraps & More Sketches for January :) I also have been hired on as a permanent worker where I work at no more Temp Agencies, ended up being some wonderful news yesterday :)
So today is Funday Friday over at Jo's Scrap Shack :) Today the theme is Shaped Card and we have 2 sponsors for the challenge but I used for my take on the challenge is Kenny K design I used their Social Media Sentiments digital sentiment stamp for my card today:

The perfect card for a teenager :) My Granddaughter will be receiving this in April for her birthday. Kenny K's Social Media Sentiments is a fun, playful, trendy set of sentiments that is a good buy too :) The camera I cut out of the CTMH Artbooking cricut cartridge at 4" at real dial size and ended up being the perfect size for the card. I used my current and last month's counterfeit kits for the card.

 This is how I created thee inside of the card.

I used a small piece of the white cardstock to join the 2 pieces together. Now to decide what to put inside for a message :) Got a couple of months to figure that out yet. Today when I got home from work this is what I saw:

Our coldest day yet and the cookstove wasn't able to keep the house warm neither evn though it was really trying too, but now were up to a warm 13 degrees.

Huge Family Birthday Party Layouts

Good Morning :) Glad to see Friday has arrived, I always look forward to the weekend cause I get most of my crafting done then and Looking forward to this weekend to get this 1st Year Album done, whew it's been a big project one I have never tackled before. The 1st birthday actually got celebrated over 3 days-The small family party, The huge Family party, and the Gift opening. Today I have the Huge Family Party. This was put together with both the Jan 2014 and Nov 2013 Counterfeit kits-trying to kill the kits :)

 This is page 1, I started with the white card stock and the blue stripe paper cut at fit to page with the Elegant Edges cart-Hearts 2 @ shift. Added the Family cutout, Birthday-cut from Artbooking I think @ 3" real dial size . Party and the cluster on the top left is from a sticker sheet from the Nov. Kit. The 1 is from the Bryce & Madeline sticker sheet

 Added the photo of the cake with photo mat-hearts2 oblong @ 6". Added your big day from an old Mary Engelbert's sheet and the balloon stickers attached with twine from CTMH finished off the sticker sheet by placing the stars in various spots around the picture and on the 1 sticker added stickles too the 1 also.

Page 2:

 Is the page that holds the most photos and a spot for the journaling block

 The variety of photo mats were cut from the Elegant Edges cart- Hearts2 oblong @ 5". The birthday boy cut was fro that same Mary E. sheet. I used Making Memories Jewel paper ribbon (Nov Kit) for a border and the star border is from a cutout sheet: Oscrap Sampler.

 Family moments is from Life's Little Occasion's Pack (Nov kit)

 Make a wish is from a cutout sheet: Oscrap Sampler.

The Polaroid frame came from Heidi Swapp: Memory File Color InstaFrames. I was glad to get this fun shot of Zach eating his cake. Zach was really having a bad day, it was a bit hot and just to many people for him to meet with I think. The party ended a bit early for that because he wasn't feeling quite good. That is why there is another layout with opening the gifts and there wasn't enough room to fit that in yet. Thanks for stopping by today-the gift layout will be posted tomorrow, chat then.
