Let's Wander You & Me LO for Stick It Down Challenge

Good Morning and welcome to Stick It Down challenge, their Double page challenge for the month of June is real interesting and should be fun to play with. But 1st our sponsor for June sponsor is Love to Scrap 2
Here is the Double Page Sketch:
And this is what I created with it:
I used some memorabilia on the layout with my photos as I print in 4x6 it was tricky to get them all to work but I did :) I shifted the title down and the journaling too. Added punched stars with fussy cut tickets for my embellishments.
The Left Hand side of the layout:
I used my current counterfeit kit: Rain or Shine for this layout, plus items I had chosen to use for this trip :) The Right side of the layout:
A little peek from the hubby too :) Thanks for stopping by today and I look forward to seeing what you create with this fun challenge over at Stick It Down challenge,

Days Gone By LO for Sketch N Scrap challenge

Good Morning and welcome a new month, June! Wow where did May go :) This is the 1st layout sketch for the month over at Sketch N Scrap and it's a fun one. We have a fantastic sketch from Lisa Hidy to play with here is the sketch:
Image may contain: text that says 'TITLE Subtitle PHOTO PHOTO Sketch N N Scrap #202 by Lisa Lisa Hidy www.sketchncrap.blogspot.com'

This is what I created using the sketch, turned once to the right

I had fun using this sketch to create this fun layout from our Stoystown, PA trip in 2017. I had these 2 pictures that really tells the story of how things have change through time. Seeing the newer roads with the sign to the grounds and then the picture of this oddball tractor. I used newer paper with older style scrapping embellishments with the eyelets and the raw chipboard.
Close up of the center of the layout
I used my Sept 2019 CKC: Quite Brawny for this layout it had the perfect papers and those papers came from a 6x6 paper pad except for the 12x12 background and the plaid paper. Love the way it turned out and with a great sketch it happens every time :)
Thanks for stopping by today and seeing what I'm up too in my corner of the world. I look forward to seeing what you create from this fun sketch.

Life is an Adventure - Use Your Stuff challenge

Good morning :) Busy day ahead today with getting tires for the car and getting it inspected :)
This week's challenge over at Use Your Stuff, Karrie has challenged us to mix up some old and new stash! It does not have be newly released, only something you have most recently added to your stash. And let's say "old" is something you've had longer than a year.
So I have used a very old collection: Three Bugs in a Rug-Playful Caboodle Kit and the new was the bling I added to the layout:
This layout came about from a challenge that we had over in the Yahoo Scrappin N Chattin group :) A 24 hour challenge with using a collection and a sketch :) I made it a point to add the bling for something new for this challenge. I have enough paper left to make a companion layout to go with this page next to it :)
This beautiful bridge was on the grounds of the Stoystown Antique Tractor show that we attended with our club. For a 3 day show we got to spend time with friends and got to see alot of the area :) This last day was when we finally got a chance to get some photos of the bridge as a car was parked in front of it most of the weekend.
This layout also fits for the Scrappy Sisters Scrap September challenge #1: Selfie (On of me in the bridge). Their challenge is a list and they are uploading a video a day for the challenge too, so it's been fun watching the videos and getting lots of ideas and tips too. Lets see how many more of these challenges I can get done within a week :)
Thanks for stopping by and I look forward to seeing what you create fir this fun challenge over at Use Your Stuff challenge blog.
