This is the card I made with this fun digi stamp:
I used some scraps on my desk to create this card and used some ribbon from the ribbon challenge over at 100 Pattern Paper Challenge facebook group. I used the current sketch over at Mojo Monday for the inspiration for the card:

Card for Funday Saturday?

Hi you all :) Gots lots of catching up to do today with posts, layouts and the housework. So you may see short quick posts throughout the day while I catch up with challenges of done :) Speaking of challenges don't forget about Funday Friday (yes I'm a day late posting :) over at Jo's Scarp Shack. This week's challenge is sponsored by Bugaboo and Robyn's Fetish and the challenge is Recycled Scraps :) Use up those scraps that you have from other projects.
With doing LOAD I've got lots of scraps to choose from this challenge and I also used a couple of challenges to create my card too. First off I used one of Robyn's Fetish digital stamps:
Isn't this stamp just the cutest way to say hello to someone and let them know your thinking of them :) I used scraps from my counterfeit kit, plus I added brads to the center of the flowers for some texture and a cute little puffy sticker too :)
So this card came about from the challenge over at Scrapbook Challenges Sketch Crew Crush series :) I had to do one from Lori's blog :)
I know she just love making cards :) I love to see what she creates too :) So I did the card with inspiration from her blog post Welcome Little One with Stick It Down. With it being the current challenge over at Stick It Down I'll be adding it there too :)
here is the sketch:

This is a cool one to have on hand when you need a quick card :) I liked it so much I brought the look into the inside of the card too.
Thank you for stopping by today and through the day :) We would love to see your creations linked up over at Jo's Scrap Shack too.

Thinking of You Funday Friday Challenge

Good morning and welcome :) Thank goodness it's Friday! Yay! It's been hot and very busy here at the house this past week so not as much crafting as I would have liked to have done. We had a Green Bean weekend last weekend. Saturday we did the harvesting, capping the beans and cutting them (10 hours :) Sunday after we got the new to us Cookstove put in the house Dave and I were back at it with canning the green beans. Spent the day canning all that we cut and we ended up with 23 qts and 80 pts of green beans. So I think that were covered for the year maybe 2 years :) so no green beans to be planted next year. So that is what I have been up to this week.
Today is Funday Friday challenge over at Jo's Scrap Shack and the theme is Anything Goes. Our sponsor this week is Sherri Baldy Bestie Shop
I used the sketch over at Sketch N Scrap:

This was just a blast of a sketch to work with :)
Isn't she adorable :) This was my favorite in the group of stamps right off the bat when I seen it. It just looks like your best friend talking to you :) It also reminds me my of my granddaughter right now in her style as a teenage right now :) I thought Thinking of You would be a great card for this fun stamp.
I started to color her with the red and then added the pink and blue afterwards. I added crystal stickles to some of the red to give her some bits of glitter here and there. I used my Bic markers to color her.
The pink polka dot paper came from my current counterfeit kit and when I was looking for some glittery stars I came across this chipboard sentiment in an old counterfeit kit box of embellishments that hasn't been put away yet. Found the box of stars too in the box and decided to use these instead. So added the red washi tape and the blue glitter tape to the card.
I brought in all the elements from the front of the card into the back of the card. Found this fun vellum quote for inside sentiment for the card. Thank you for stopping by today and seeing what I'm up to in my little corner of the world. Looking forward to seeing what you create for the challenge.

Thinking of You for Creative Cutting Challenge

Hello my friends, today I have a card I made for Creative Cutting Challenge of Mother's Day. Because my Mom has passed on I decided to do a Thinking of You card.
This is my version of Creative Pointe's:
Stenciled Rose Card Front - Click Image to Close
Which you can find the cutting file here
Love the quickness of making this card :) The entire file is there to make it just need to add the little extra touches to it and your card base.
I sized it down for an A2 size card and I used my last month's counterfeit kit for the papers and ribbon
I used my Wink of Stella brush to give more glitter to the red rose.
The thinking of you sentiment is a SU Teeny Tiny wishes stamp and I used CTMH Juniper ink. I punched it out with the SU scallop oval punch and added 3 red rhinestones to it, popped it up on foam tape.
The inside is all ready for my message. Added more of the green ribbon to the inside too.
Thanks for stopping by today and I hope to see your creation over at Creative Cutting Challenge here are the details of the challenge:

Now we're ready to see YOUR  SVG (or similar) creations.
PLEASE READ THE RULES BEFORE YOU ENTER THE CHALLENGE:

Thinking of You for the Funday Friday Challenge

Today I have a Thinking of You Card that I made for the Sympathy challenge over at Jo's Scrap Shack. This is a very quick card to make and perfect to give to the Male that is grieving a loss. Just a quick Thinking of You card so he knows that he is in your thoughts during this time. This is something that can be created very quickly when in need of a quick card.
I used the Flourished Frame embossing folder, Cardstock from a pack of Natural Fashion colors and paper from My Minds Eye Magnolia Collection. The sentiment was made on the computer and printed on green pastel paper from Staples and punched with SU Scallop Oval punch.
The inside is left alone so I can add my own words to the recipient.
This week the winner receives a Guest Designer spot over at Jo's Okay now it's your turn to play along with us:

Beautiful Flower

Good Morning and I hope all is well with you, I'm the designer today over at Card A Day Blog, I welcome you to my blog, the theme this week is Thinking of You.
Sometimes the simplest things can make a beautiful card. A beautiful card for a friend lets them know your thinking of them without uttering a word.
The card is on a white card base and then layered with green cardstock and then the pattern paper (I got from my stash of scraps. The glittered trim center is used with double-sided tape

then add the glitter tinsel Studio G style, packs that you can get at Michaels for a buck.
Add a layer of green cardstock square with rounded corners and then the white cardstock with rounded edges and inked with red ink (I think it's the lower brand at AC Moore) . Tip here: If you have ink that just doesn't stamp well then use it exclusively for inking edges, no lost of thinking it's gotta be tossed out.
I added a couple of flowers that I had forever-okay well since I got my first scrapping kit and a pearl for the center and you got a sweet card for a sweet friend.
Add a beautiful sentiment to the inside and you make your friend feel extra special and brighten her day! Priceless! A Beautiful was to let your friend know your think of her.

Stop by Card A Day Blog and join in on the challenge today....

Thanks for stopping by and seeing the view from my little corner of the world...

No April's Fool Day Joke Here

Hi All,

Woke up to NO snow as they were predicting some today-fantastic we dodged the big storm that was to be the big story in our area. As a new month begins I would like to put up the last card I did for the month of March. This card was the 2nd card for a swap that I was signed up for.

I got the inspiration for this card out of the March issue of the CardMaker magazine Glimmer Mist tie-dye card. I had gotten some glimmer mist from Stampin Up and came across this article and decided to finally try it. I sprayed it on the flowers to add the color gold to it, the fuzzy brad came from SU, too. The flowers came from a scrapbooking package I got for Christmas the first year I got into scrappin from the ladies that got me started in scrappin, I'm really trying to purge out the old. The sentiment came from the Lucy Labels Cartridge and the border was a Martha Steward punch: doily lace trim a double edge punch , love the look of this punch. Also included the punch border on the inside of the card, too. Added gold rhinestones to give it some bling. I did learn that I need to cut out just one label first to see how it will work with the other colors, I think I should have went a little darker with the Thnking of You, but it's a learning process for me. So now that March is done bring on the sun, I'm ready. I've got at least 4 cards planned for this month, 1 is being done specifically for a challenge and my recipe swap. I would like to get a few layouts done this month, too. Chat later.
Have a great day and thanks for looking
