Merry Christmas for a Funday Friday Challenge

Hi you all :) It's been a busy week :) I got called back to work so all my extra crafting time went right straight out the window. But, I have been working on a few things that you will see this coming week. But today is Funday Friday over at Jo's Scrap Shack and today's challenge is "Christmas Joy", you can create a card, a layout or a project with that theme.  Isn't she just the cutest little digi stamp. I colored her up with some tombow markers. I added some white liquid applique and sprinkled it with gold glitter, used my heat gun to make the magic of the puff and gives it a fun puffy look like a Santa hat. I fussy cut her out and popped her up on foam so she didn't looks flat against the background paper. I added some CTMH sparkles Flourishes that was in my Dec Daily kit this month. The paper for the card also came from the same kit, from the 6X6 paper pad Let it Snow from American Crafts.

Brought the 1 long piece of paper that was left into the inside for a border and added the sentiment, a CTMH stamp using Juniper ink. The ink color is a really close comparison to the green in the paper. Another Christmas card to get out this week. Thank you for stopping by today. Can't wait to see what you create and link up. In The Garden FFC #56

Hi you all and welcome to Friday! I've got the day off so it's a really good day, will be scraping most of the day :) But right now it is Fun-Day Friday Challenge over at Jo's Scrap Shack! All you need to do is CREATE A Card/Layout/Project with "in the garden theme"-----Sponsors are Stampin Chef & Bugaboo
This is the card I created:

I used Stampin Chef : Lovely Mouse digital stamp I colored it with Spectrum Noir markers and glittered it up with Stickles here and there. I used Deconstructed Sketch: DS157 for my inspiration for the layout of the card and will be including it into the challenge. Found this pattern paper from a scrapbook calendar I have in my stash (you know using up what I can) a strip of Jewel paper ribbon from Creative Memories. I did add something from my current counterfeit kit the gold stamp flower and the green leaf chipboard die cuts and the rhinestones. The stamp is from 3 Twenty Crafts stamp set Simple Sentiments.

Easter Floral Card for Funday Friday Challenge #39-Florals

Yep it's Friday and that can only mean that it is Fun-Day Friday Challenge over at Jo's Scrap Shack! Hello and welcome to my blog, today for Group A our sponsor this week is Bugaboo, This weeks challenge: is a Florals and I'm so ready to see them start popping up, it's been a long winter this year. Here is the card I made:

 I chose the digi stamp Floral Easter Eggs-Egg 1 its a really cute stamp and my first Easter card this year (can you tell I'm really wanting spring to get here-more snow on the way this coming Monday :( )
This card came together pretty fast with my February counterfeit kit handy to use for the papers. I used that striped cardstock for the card base. 2 cut out cards, one for the background behind the stamp and one to hold the sticker that Happy Easter was stamped on with SU Teeny Tiny Wishes using Memento Tuxedo black ink. I used half a doily to peak out from behind the card and added to gold glitter brads and some purple sequins from my stash. Here is what I did with the inside with another cut card and more of the purple sequins just ready for that special message to send to someone

Christmas Shopping

Hi all and if you are stopping by from Card A Day Blog welcome. The theme this week at Card A Day Blog is Christmas Shopping!
Now who doesn't enjoy a little shopping around the Christmas holidays. My card today depicts that:

Are you going shopping this week too! I never cared for the hustle and bustle of shopping in Black Friday, but last year there were to many sales not to go out and get a few things (it's the best time of the year to buy all those crafting items that you need for the days ahead).

The card I made today was a fun one, I did the searching for my shopper the past few days and found her at Sliekje's digi Stamps. Isn't she just the cutest thing. I feel like her after a good day shopping at the mall. This is an A2 size card on white card stock from the paper company, all the background papers came from the DCWV "The Christmas Combo 180 Stack", the borders were punched with MS doily lace edge punch, the sentiment was typed up in MS Word and printed out and punched with SU extra-large scallop oval and then trimmed to have a straight edge, added 3 red rhinestones from KaiserCraft. The girl was colored with a variety of markers (really trying to get the hang of this, would like to progress into doing the beautiful work I've seen out there on other blogs). This was a fun project and I know who will be getting this card for her love to shop! Have fun shopping this Black Friday, I'm still deciding what I'm shopping for an Imagine or maybe that new cricut 2 that is out, or maybe I'll get a few new little things and gifts for the family.
