I made a sympathy card with this beautiful Rose Tag digi stamp from Bugaboo Stamps. I colored it in with my bic markers but I also used SU chalk to tone down the white background of the cardstock. The card was pin-inspired from my Cardmaking Board. The yahoo group I belong to that was the theme for this week's card challenge. I pinned this beautiful card from splitcoaststampers:
I see she CASE'd it too. I just loved the use of all those paper scraps the were on the front of the card and good background for any theme card and will keep this one around to do again. It would make a great Christmas Card base too :)
The inside of my card, I brought in more of the front elements and a few of the pennants too. I rather be ahead on cards like this than to have to scramble to get one put together at the last minute. This was created also with scraps from my current and past counterfeit kits. I have had this pile of scraps on my craft desk for awhile and work with them when I can (there is still probably enough left to make a couple of more cards yet. I've gotten a few of this pile of scraps so far.
