Welcome to the March Stick It Down sketch blog challenge. This month I'm the featured DT member for the Double page sketch so my layout is on the post over on the Stick It Down Blog.
I thought that the sketch was so cool with all those photo spots so made sure to get this event scrapped :)
The left side of the layout has a couple of pictures of the city outside of the hotel with included map to carry on that theme from the 1st 2 pg layout I did called 19 Hours
Lots of pictures and lots of journaling too. Each block depicts a certain event taking place.
Close ups of the layout:
Pictures of the city from the hotel, it was great to get outside once in awhile when I could sneak the time to do it :)
I added the cover of the brochure I received about the membership with NNEP as one of the pennants
Close up of the midway for the Friday night fun
My journaling block that was about the email I got about the show.
The 1st event was a welcome session. The theme of the event was State Fair, so they were doing something with the pig and their charity so that was pointed out here too. Added a fun pig flair from a CTMH kit :)
These pictures are from the dinner we had on Saturday night :) with a State Fair theme. Hot dogs, chicken, variety of salads and such :)
I did my journaling here and over there in the corner too :)
I used my current counterfeit kit for the layout and the Midway collection from October Afternoon, the flair buttons came for a CTMH kit. Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you join in on the fun of this challenge :) Can't wait to see what you create.

Love this page!! Great colors and so fun!!
ReplyDeleteFirst off I love that sketch Tina, gives you lots of room for lots of pictures. I love how you used the cover of the brochure as a banner, clever idea! Love seeing the pictures, but even more so loved all your journaling! This perfectly compliments your 19 Hour's layout. Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteThis is a great sketch!!! Love your layout Tina.... I like that autographed mouse tag... pretty cool... and I like that pretty patterned paper with the pretty deco edge.... your photos look like you captured really great moments from that event. Lovely!

ReplyDeleteIt's wonderful how many photos and how much information you got into your bright and happy layout.
ReplyDeleteOh nice, I really like your scalloped border and the inclusion of the map.
ReplyDeleteGreat layout! I included lots of items but your pages still feel airy and uncluttered.
